Dr. Khaliq Kurji
Dr. Khaliq Kurji obtained his Medical Degree from the University of Saskatchewan and went on to complete his Ophthalmology residency training at the University of Alberta in 2017. He then completed his Cornea and External Disease fellowship at the University of Cincinnati and Cincinnati Eye Institute under the tutelage of Dr. Edward Holland, one of the worldwide leaders in the field. Dr.Kurji specializes in the medical and surgical management of cornea, external disease and anterior segment disorders, including corneal transplantation, dry eye disease, complex ocular surface disease, keratoconus, corneal cross-linking, pterygiums, anterior segment tumors, and cataract surgery. He is also a clinical lecturer in Department of Ophthalmology, where he takes great pride in teaching the next generation of up and coming ophthalmologists.
